3M Scott Compressor Technician

The 3M Scott Certified Compressor Technician will be trained to operate, troubleshoot, and repair 3M Scott Fire & Safety compressor systems. Upon successful completion this course the 3M Scott Compressor Technician will have the certification required to perform routine maintenance on all 3M Scott Legacy compressor systems.

3M Scott SCBA Certified Trainer - Recertification Program

This program is a one-day course designed for experienced 3M Scott Fire & Safety SCBA Certified Technician I Trainers. The program is offered as an alternative to the two-day program for re-certification as a 3M Scott Fire & Safety SCBA Certified Technician I Trainer.

SCBA Certified Technician I

This course is conducted through our extensive ASC (Authorized Service Center) Distribution Network and is available to any 3M Scott end user. The 3M Scott Air-Pak SCBA Certified Technician I program offers owners of 3M Scott respiratory equipment the opportunity to learn how to perform basic repairs on their equipment. NOTE: This course is a prerequisite to attend the SCBA Certified Technician II course.

SCBA Certified Technician I - Certified Trainer Course

This program is a two-day course designed to certify trainers to deliver the 3M Scott SCBA Technician I course. The SCBA Certified Technician I course is designed for end users who want to perform basic repairs on their Equipment and is a pre-requisite to attend the SCBA Certified Technician II Course.

SCBA Certified Technician II

This course is conducted exclusively by full time 3M Scott Fire & Safety personnel to meet the requirements of OSHA 1910.134. The 3M Scott Air-Pak SCBA Certified Technician II program is a combined air supplied course which includes all 3M Scott Industrial and Fire Service respirators. The Air-Pak SCBA Certified Technician II course is offered at the 3M Scott Facility located in Monroe, NC and regional locations.

SCBA Certified Technician II - Recertification Program

This program is designed for the SCBA Certified Technician II who have completed the certification requirements and are seeking to re-certify. The program focuses on advanced troubleshooting and functional testing skills. Attendees should have ample field experience and in-depth understanding of the SCBA theory of operation before attending this course.
