LearningCart Application Overview, Configuration, Support and Operations
This training provides an overview of the LearningCart application, including platform architecture, connected systems, subportal structure, learning object model, product and course configuration, pricing events, locations, virtual session setup, certificates, notifications, and support processes. Learners will understand how LearningCart supports external customer training, how core administrative and operational activities are performed, and how support is managed across internal teams, external users, and vendor channels.
