Access 3M’s strategically located training centers across the U.S. and Canada—purpose‑built facilities designed for hands‑on fall protection and confined space training, supported by additional partner locations nationwide.

3M has 4 strategically located training center locations in North America, located in Red Wing, Houston (Pasadena), Orange County (Tustin), and Calgary (Airdrie).

In addition to our facilities, we have partnerships to bring training to New York, Tampa, Birmingham, Salt Lake City, and Chicago.

3M Training Center Locations:

Airdrie

Airdrie is home to our Canadian training centre. Located 15 minutes north of the Calgary airport, our training center includes 3 classrooms and extensive structure for heights and confined space training. Extend your trip and visit the world famous Canadian Rocky Mountains. The town of Banff is located 1.5 hours west of Airdrie.

Red Wing

Located approximately 1 hour from the Minneapolis St. Paul airport, this training center is central for many of our customers. Of note, our Red Wing Training Center is near the fall protection manufacturing facility and close to the famous Red Wing Shoes.

If you haven’t been to Red Wing before, this smaller community is located right on the Mississippi River and offers a great historic downtown and river walks.

Pasadena

Tustin

In the heart of Orange County, our Tustin training center can be accessed by the greater Los Angeles area. Convenient for air travel into LAX, or the John Wayne Airport is less that 10 miles away. Known for its milder climate, the Tustin training center is a favorite for anyone looking to get access to walk along the Pacific Ocean along Huntington or Newport Beaches after a day in training.

Our training space is complete with classroom, tower structure, and a confined space simulator.
